Melissa is an audio producer and writer based in Florida, where she is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Journalism and Communications. Previously, Melissa lived in Washington, D.C. where she was a producer for the long-time religion news public radio show Interfaith Voices. From churches stepping up to shelter migrants on the southern border, to the growth of neo-pagan communities, and the way religious traditions are kept alive through food, Melissa has covered a wide range of topics and continues to be interested in how belief, in all its forms, influences almost every aspect of our world. She received her B.A. from Tufts University, where she was a leader in the Catholic chaplaincy and a member of the Interfaith Student Council.
