Fr. Joseph Muth

Fr. Joe Muth is a priest of the Archdiocese of Baltimore and has served six parishes in the Archdiocese. He is currently chaplain at Notre Dame of Maryland University and works with the Mission and Ministry Office. As a former pastor of St. Matthew and Blessed Sacrament Churches which serves people from 123 different countries, he founded many services including the Immigration Outreach Service Center and LEAD, the LGBTQ+ Educating and Affirming Diversity ministry. In his ministry work, Fr. Joe traveled to Israel and Africa multiple times and volunteered with Catholic Relief Services in their Global Fellow Program. He initiated outreach to the Muslim Community, sharing prayer and community meetings in mosques and schools. Fr. Joe has used his Master’s degree in Pastoral Care from Fordham University in multiple ministries over the years.
